Today’s fully-priced market has become increasingly challenging for real estate investors to source attractive opportunities through the traditional “buy and hold” method most often used by individual investors. This talk will focus on how individual real estate investors can participate in value-add strategies which seek to generate above-market returns usually only accessible to family office and institutional investors.
Our speaker Colin Bennett, a Cambridge first class degree and CFA Charter holder will share his personal and professional experience in investing and managing real estate investment projects in the UK, and also Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
